  1. Hi how do I contact your credit card unit? I was offered it at checkout the last time I visited a store. But I never got anything so I can pay it off and cancel. How to do so and avoid financing charges and late fees???!!!

    Hi, I was in one of your stores in Massachusetts ( Lynn field) and one of your employees wouldn’t wait on me instead she passed me and went to help the customer who came in behind me. The other employee in the back was very nice , helped me with whatever I was looking for since I had a child in the stroller. Your store needs to train all employees on inclusiveness because the racial discrimination is unbelievable and yet black people like Sephora products. She even answered me rudely when I tried to tell her about it on my way out. This is the second time it’s happening and I think it’s unacceptable
